With so many murders and other crimes in JA, do the police really have all the resources to properly investigate each and every case (ie, gather forensic evidence etc...)? No wonder there are so many reprisal killings, it is the only way in many peoples minds to get so called "justice".

I could not blame the family if they handled it them selves as long as they get the right person.
