My first impression is that he seems a pretty friendly type of guy,it's easy to formulate a negative opinion of anyone's photo,...but I am sure in this case there may indeed be something negative otherwise his photo wouldnt be shown around the WWW.

He has what to me looks like an insincere smile and a rather intense stare.
He sells used cars or something. He looks like a very eager puppy about to pee on my floor.
He makes me uncomfortable.
