i waited to see if anyone would post in respect of a pioneer woman of Jamaican music an business at large
failing dat, i haffi blaze a spliff fi a woman who took on a male domain in Jamaica an made it possible for oddas to come tru...tru, Ja has never been a place where women cant do their thing but in the early days of music she made her mark along side the men n held her own..
respect for the good she did as we hold for all who go on to Zion...we judge not their faults that some may lay before them but i fi one hold har contribution to this thing we call Jamaican Music n salute har then as i do now in har moment of joining that ever expanding Ja Music Fraternity in Zion
wen so many r losing the fight for the rights to their music, she recently won her fight for the Treasure Isle catalogue...that along is one fight well won in light of her passing
