I worked in the planning department in PG County for 4 years ... right dere in Upper Mayberry ... and mi seh, dat was one corrupt place when it comes to receiving kick backs from developers . Nothing more than those very same developers who lined his pockets turn him baxide in! Him shoulda know bettah!
