I think all of them contribute to the <span style="font-style: italic">respect policy </span> generally and some have tried to pass legislation banning the attitude towards so-called untouchables.

I am not here to re-write or re-organize history in any form; I am only here to say that as far as is possible, there is no need to have dogs, for example, being electrocuted or being participants in vicious dog-fights.

No, Vick need not be punished forever...but what he did was very, very wrong.

Back in America in the early 1800s, a cruel &quot;blood sport&quot; called dog fighting was very popular. Two dogs would fight while people watched and bet on which animal would survive. <span style="font-weight: bold">This cruel sport was legal in New York State until 1866,</span> <span style="font-weight: bold">when Henry Bergh founded the ASPCA and got a law passed that made dog fighting;and all cruelty to animals;illegal.</span>

Dogs are not the only animals that humans force to fight each other. Cockfighting, for example, has been around for centuries. People breed a special kind of rooster and make two or more of them fight; the battles last until at least one of the birds is dead. It is believed that people first began breeding roosters for fighting in Southeast Asia more than 3,000 years ago. Cockfighting later spread to Greece and Rome and then on to Britain, before finally crossing the Atlantic about 200 years ago to find popularity in North, South and Central America. In the colonial days, cockfighting commonly took place in cities like New York, Philadelphia and Boston

but he didnt even do anything. he owned the house. his ppl (cousins i think) were the ones actually doing the dogfighting. he wasnt apart of all that.
he made a public statement and accepted that it was his fault and went to jail for it when he didnt actually do anything. he should be commended instead of ridiculed and what not for accepting responsibility for crimes he didnt commit and not being a snitch and turning in his people.
if that wasnt his property, he wouldnt be in this situation and looked at like he is an animal abuser and all these things ppl saying about him.

sorry Fancy..I think you need to read up on exactly what MV did. He DID torture those dogs. He was aware and was there when torturing was being done. They weren't cousins, they were his home boys. He lied to the NFL, he lied to the judge and he lied to the public. What a role model...

I only hope Michael Vick one day suffers the same fate of the dogs he forced to fight. He is a soulless killer who has shown zero remorse... zip. nada. zilch. Vick does not deserve, nor will he get, my forgiveness.
