Residents reported it spinning like a gig for about 30 minutes then went back up in the clouds

Ah wha yu a seh? It mu bi "sign" or a "warning" from the most High... Mi hear dem talking
bout the shifting of the Polar Caps... Has anyone here heard about such futuristic possibilities?
