He’s headed to jail, but actor Wesley Snipes will have his say before he does.

The actor, who has been sentenced to three years in prison on tax charges, will sit down for his only interview Tuesday on CNN’s “Larry King Live.” Snipes is scheduled to report to Federal Correctional Institution McKean at Lewis Run, Pennsylvania on December 9.

Snipes was sentenced in 2008 on three misdemeanor counts of failing to file tax returns.

I thought his program got retired and it's repeats that are airing but guess not... Will watch it tonight. Have always liked Wesley, especially in Dropzone
