what the heck is up with people wearing the hoods on their coats in a warm heated environmentally controlled building?

don't they like having peripheral vision?

o. and i may not be able to log in again like so often happens these days.

our old buddy george carlin (RIP) said it best:

it never used to happen before SandiF. as soon as someone got in a building they would take the hoods or the winter hats off.

Dont worry sue,I hate the practise as well but the way fashion is going it wont be long before they start wearing hoods as part of everyday attre...............nothing else just hoods.

As long it is not the &quot;hood&quot; mentioned in &quot;The Lunatic&quot; they are wearing.

But it's just a style like wearing sunglasses at night or having their pants down around their knees so they can display their underwear.
Every generation feels the need to be different from and often shocking to their parents in one more way to test the limits as almost all kids do except the ones duct taped in the hall closet.
