WOW (((((Churchdude))))) - thank God that he was watching over you... Yes sounds like you may need a little R&amp;R and therapy to deal with that - I can only imagine how frightening that memory and image must be.

Thanks Peasie, Everyone. i really appreciate the thoughts and prayers. The first 48-hours were extremely difficult but I am slowly coming out of the initial shock and getting a handle on the emotional and mental aspect of things. I went to look at the car last evening (for whatever reason I needed to see it) and they gave me the plates, but in a weird way seeing it was somewhat therapeutic. I picked up a rental last night and driving it home was nerve wracking. I'll let it sit in the garage for a couple of days. Here are some pics:
