as they were discussing the churches and similar religious institutions in the Encloypedia of New York that in the Hasidic Jewish community many are Rabbis and as rabbis their homes are a synagogue.
That got me thinking that if their home is a synagogue then it is taxed as a religious institution which means lower rates and who pays the difference- esp in places like Crown Heights or Lakewood
