If we created a map like this of the Caribbean, Jamaicans would view the Eastern Caribbean as those "Small Islanders"

We could get more precise PZ
Here's a few (at the risk of ) that I use:

Turks - Da Reef
Cayman - (My friends refer to any small boring place in the world as 'Cayman')
Antigua - Mantiga (don't ask)
TNT - Not allowed to make fun of that one at the moment due personal reasons.
