Here what this dunce bat did at work-help me out..

tell me if this makes any sense to you,so hear me out.

theres this guy at work---Doug. We both work for the City of Toronto in Transportation Services.
both of us drive snow plow/salt trucks. last nite we get called in at 10pm to salt the streets.
when i get up to the salt dome (where they keep the salt) the Loader Operator informs me my Liquid Brine tank at the back of the truck is gushing out ( thats a liquid we spray on the road). I cant figure how the tank got cracked except the guy behind me-Doug-hit the back of my truck with his plow on the front of his truck.
But you see-I didnt know who was behind me so I went to the dispatch office to ask for the log on who loaded after me..

on my way to the office, heres doug shootin the breeze to another worker and I had to ask if they knew who was behind me cuz i gotta file a report cuz the tank aint cheap and all incidents have to be reported. Doug says he was an that I rolled bak 10 feet into him
heres my question--first, if I rolledback into Doug-why didnt he say anything? and why did I have to run around trying to figure it out?
Second, if I rolled back "10" feet, the tank would have been smashed to a zillion pieces if still left on the truck.
Im thinking Douglas (the guys a brain dead retard to start) rear ended very lightly and was trying to pin it on me.-heres the kicker-even if I rolled back maye 2 feet-means dopey was following behind me too close

you gotta also understand this guy..hes mot too bright to start. 3 nites ago he blocked the roadway so trucks couldnt load or unload, so he could run over to the garage to get windshield washer fluid--instead of pulling the truck up to the garage service door out of the way...

my point here is--if I rolled back into him--wohy would he not have said anything?
see me, I aint losing my job at the city for lyin or trying to hide something. crabbit upfront. follow the proper procedure and no one gets shi* and it was a accident and done. but NOW, there going to investigate and dig into it,,,which means somone getting a warning letter.

Pardon my ignorance but if you had in fact rolled backward... would you not have felt the truck rolling backward? Do you recall feeling the truck rolling backward at any time?

I suppose you go backwards and forwards repeatedly while plowing... and again wouldn't you feel an impact if you hit something while "rolling" backward?

I don;t know anything about plowing but this story hurting mi head.

Jazz-thats my point..I woulda feel the truck rollback--however--it happened in the third round at 4am,,so not to lie,,i was freakin fatique..however, if i rolled back-the ten feet that doug says--i woulda smash the tank to smithereens--

H_O, I think you have an airtight case against that "dumb skull" How can you roll back 10 ft and hit another plough without you feeling the impact of hitting him? and besides, if you rolled back and hit him, Why did he not yell out, cuss two bad wud and let you know what happened? It seems suspicious that he did not re-act that way and mentioned it after the fact.. Oth, could he have hit you from behind while both your trucks were in motion making it difficult to be aware he hit you? Knowing the "Philadelphia lawyer" in you, I'm sure he will get his "just due"
