I have never heard any nine year old speak as well as this kid did.
Even though I have to assume he didn't write the speech because of some of the wording, his pronunciation, inflections, timing, poise were truly exceptional.
I've seen presidents (both named Bush) who couldn't speak as well.
The important thing, of course, was the eloquently stated message.
