Kia - this is no longer being considered - it was passed! Last year.

Last week they were giving it tickets all over and in particular, with a vengence on the Garden State Parkway and in Paramus.

wendy some ppl no use the garage cause the plows come through and throw all the snow up gainst the garage door - if you park up inside you have no way to get the car <span style="font-style: italic">out.</span> this happen to me more times in my old place, i loved having the garage but in a big snow i could never get the car OUT the garage
even though it's a waste of space, i know folks who leff them cars outside purposely when it snows, so they at least have chance to dig out the car and be able to use it, when there's still 6 feet a piled-up snow in front the garage doorsComment

the worst is when the wind the wind blow di snow affa fiddem cyar pan fi yu windshield, and yu windshield leaves streaks on the glass and yu run outta windshield wiper fluid.Comment

Depends on how di garage set up I guess.. Soun like the garage yuh talking bout come off on the street.
Moas homes here yuh have nearly one mile a driveway before yuh ketch di garage. An to me of all the digging out yuh have to do ..having ONE less is good enough.
BTW - mi ago get off subject again.. hole an deh ...mek mi goh tek wan phensic an come back wid dis story.

So unu hear mi always talk bout wan man whe always a come out wid im snow blower an do fi im yard and tap an den goh back in aim house lack up. Mi pramise fi trow stone inna im window but mi noh get di courage yet.
Now right across from mi a new resident come in this past summer. So this is our first Winter wid im. Mi outta door a survey di snow totals an im was crass di street a plow fi im driveway wid wan big ole snow blower. Mi ketch mi jealous. All in all mi did a hope sey im woulda feel lickle pity pan mi an come plow di driveway fi mi.
Mi know hands down nuff Yaad man wudden hesitate fi help out a ooman in distress – cause A SOH WI DO IT!

it come in like one time i used to work wid a bredda who was notoriously tight..so one day him come to me an ask mi if i want to go to the buffalo bills game wid him (he had seasons tickets) so mi a run joke wid some odda friends how Bill invite mi to game an ting. ...so sunday come ..i drove and pick him up wi go game ...him all buy me a hot dog....when mi coem backmi a tease my bredrin about how Bill all buy hot dog. so about tuesday hear bill to me "hey Richd do you have $40?" i sey" yes why?" hear him oh its for the ticket

and yes, here in philly, our blocks are built with houses in front, and alleys in back, with the garages all lineup backa the houses, in the alley - so for us, the garage doors are right ON the road. hence why many don't use them inna big snow like this one.
