He is currently serving a 5 year prison sentence. He is a very nice guy who had some hard luck when he was wrongfully convicted of a crime. He is in the appeal process now and hopes to be exhonerated. In the meantime he could really use a penpal. He is from the Toronto area. Please send me a msg if your interested.

To answer your question, yes they do. But they don't have access to the entire internet, just whatever sites and services the prison allows.
