While former Alaska Governor and Tea Party leader Sarah Palin weighs her own political future and a possible 2012 bid for the US Presidency, Palin's daughter, Bristol Palin, is generating more political headlines Tuesday than even her famous conservative mother.
According to Bristol Palin, politics is a major part of her family. And one day she plans to enter the family business. CBS News reports that when recently asked about her political future, the 20-year-old Palin revealed that she would "probably" seek political office one day, "but that would be further down the road."
"If I saw something that needed to be changed, then I would step up to the plate and do something about it," Bristol Palin concluded.
For now, Palin says her biggest challenge is taking care of her 2-year old son and juggling job offers and a great relationship with her new mom-and-dad-approved boyfriend.
"I don't want another relationship that's out in the public eye like mine and Levi's was," Palin admitted. "So, it's definitely going to go slow. I'm not in a rush to get married or anything like that. We're only 20 and we're just having a good time right now."
