you need to either find the name of the contact at the company or just direct it to the manager of the area you looking to work in.

so like how i had to made one specifically aimed for the City of Toronto---
the City has there own computer process where you apply online for a certain job posting--you then look at the job ad and take key words out of the requirements and put those words in your cover letter, because the city uses a computer program which scans the cover letter, and the key words contained will then send your resume, that way they dont have to screen each one. its a process the City uses to find applicants with the proper qualifications.

A buddy of mine actually gave me copies of the Tests and how to actually apply for jobs at the city and it worked.

getting a job at the City isnt when it used to be who you know--that method dont work anymore. now the best method is if you last name Singh or Rajahajarapnathandibal or your name is Mohammad--and im not joking either

believe me it ticks me off because thats the way there operating,,a friend of mine from St.Vincent applied internally for a job and they hired the Punjab and then he had to go to the Union squaking cause the guy didnt have any qualifications and there were going to train him over my friend who had the credentials
