This is from an actual interview with Dubya recently:

Asked how he feels about retirement he said:

"First of all you never retire. I'm playing golf. I ride my mountain bike. A lot. I think it's very important for me and other people my age to continue to exercise . I'm going to baseball games. I'm also combining my love of outdoors with my desire to help others. I teamed up with the PGA of America to help promote a weekend of golf that raises scholarship money for kids who lost a parent or whose parent was severely wounded in combat."

Dubya never read CIA reports. If that were known he would lack the &quot;plausible denial&quot; as in &quot;I didn't know they were torturin'&quot; .
He had someone come in daily and give him a verbal recap since he is not much good at reading or English language usage in general.

Well Peasie, it does set a precedent for the current president who continues to send the U.S armed forces off to many countries to be returned in body bags.
It will give B.H. Obama something constructive to do in 2013.

Or he could just stay at home and spend more time with his conscience.

this was confirmed more when i listened to one of his interviews and he said what hurt him most during his presidency was when rapper dude Kanye West comments that George Bush don't like black people at the time of Hurricane Katrina disaster in New Orleans. I thought wow this man nuh have no conscience... he did not even mention the many lives lost during his wmd quest and invasion of Iraq

Please get the facts before you disparage someone. Just because you never heard about him meeting with families of fallen soldiers doesn't mean it didn't happen. I can assure that the current president isn't miswsing any vacation or golf time to thank the widow of a young soldier for the sacrafice...

Have you ever stumbled onto a hornet's nest without knowing it?

Messrs Bush and Cheney lied their sorry backsides off when they conned the
dumbed-down people of the United States into sending their young men and women into Iraq. Our young men and women are still dying their some eight years later.

Before that, our not-too-bright leaders with their 15 or so intelligence agencies failed to detect the 9/11 attacks which they used as the excuse to get into a no-win war with Afghanistan which we will be in and which will have dead Americans being shipped back until 2014 if we get out on schedule..

President Bush ordered that there be no pictures of the caskets of the returning home service people so that the American people would not be upset over the needless deaths of their kids. You bet he offered condolences in a very private and away from the press setting, the stupid gutless moron.

President Bush cannot go to Switzerland because there is an international warrant out for his arrest for ordering torture. There are international treaties and agreements against torture which the U.S is a signatory to and which Bush is in violation of because he admitted publicly and in his published memoirs that he ordered torture. Here you have a man who was twice elected by a sufficient number of idiots and he is so stupid that he didn't know enough to not admit ordering torture in public, that he was admitting breaking laws to which he is subject !

So.....you had better get your foot out of your mouth and out of the hornet's nest and slink away quietly before I give you a couple of pages of why Bush should be &quot;disparaged&quot; by any one whose moral compass isn't totally out of whack.

He himself has said that he authorized torture and torture is illegal.
If he goes to certain places it will, at the very lesat, be very uncomfortable.

It is too bad that not every nation will arrest him on sight but perhaps the worst thing is that the U.S people do not have the moral sense to demand his prosecution nor do the Representatives and Senators who are sworn to uphold the Constitution.

Bush retired long before he left office.

It seemed pretty clear that for the last couple years of his presidency he was disinterested in the job and longed to get to his ranch in Texas.
