This video is reminiscent of the Observer West 's article about Horace Peterkin that the paper ended up apologizing to his family for. It seems the mentally ill are considered good entertainment.

so wat dem did seh dat dem had was fi apologise...mi know him from wen him a train in St Louis...he use to be wid di Sheraton chain....dat was in the 80s n dem sen dem around to train...i know he has a consulting biz now wid his wife in addition to the bottle water company etc

He is mentally ill evan. He was hospitalized in the psych ward at UHWI and gave an interview to the Observer after his discharge. I remember reading the piece and it was clear from much of what he was quoted as saying that he was still not well. The interview should never have been published and the Observer admitted as much. It was very poor editorial judgment.No doubt some found it hilarious.
