New Scholarship Only For White Males

The Former Majority Association for Equality, a nonprofit group in Texas, intends to hand out $500.00 scholarships to white male students with a grade point average of at least 3.0.
The organization, which was incorporated in Texas last March, was started by Colby Bohannon an Iraq veteran and student at Texas State University, when he found a lack of scholarship opportunities for him even though numerous financial offers were given to female students and minorities.
According to Bohannon, he felt excluded and wants to re-balance financial aid in the face of changed population demographics. “We know we’re going to be receiving some vicious attacks from people claiming that we are racists or promoting some bigotry-filled agenda.”
<span style="font-weight: bold">In order to qualify as Caucasian, males must be at least 25 per cent non-Hispanic white</span>. The school said this is no different than other scholarships offered on the basis of ethnicity.
