For truth record's sake,I'm not denying that I was speeding. I had been stuck behind a man driving 20 mph and probably got a little over-zealous when I was free. I didn't get pulled over the minute I got in the other lane but it was definitely under 30 seconds later.

Last time I got a speeding ticket was 03. Had one in 02 that I failed to pay and I won't even go into the amount of problems that resulted when I got the next one. Just trust me when I say Cobb County ain't no joke.

I'd feel like fighting it this time if I was not flat out wrong. I want to explore my options, but I think I may just pay it and not go to court at all. For sure, I won't be missing a court date again.

My insurance has only gotten higher because of accidents not tickets. Actually GEICO booted me at 18 and I've been with Nationwide ever since.

The premiums didn't raise with the early 2000's tickets so I will assume there won't be a change now either. If there is then I guess I will just have to take my licks.

Have a friend who used that argument when he got pulled over on I-75. (If you drive the speed limit on I-75, you're taking your life into your own hands because you will get straight up hit.)

As cars were whizzing by them, my friend said I guess I was the only one driving slow enough for you to catch lol.

Thank god for the Ticket Clinic

Got a ticket for making an illegal uturn 2 weeks ago, it was $205 \o/...mi jus go visit the clinic and pay dem $79 ...no points on my license an insurance won't increase...

I so forgot about traffic school. I can go there and not get points on my license. Now I have to call to find out exactly how it works. I think I may end up having to go to court but whatever.

I can't hardly tell you except young and dumb with no fear of consequences. Feeling invulnerable can be a very good attitude in some situations but in others it can get you killed.

After the last one, my parents took way my car and parked it in their yard. I didn't have another accident until 98 (not my fault that time) and haven't had one since.
