I just found some ODD messages in my private box

Some 'one' suggesting some kind of 'liaison'. In fact there's 2 of them...one from a deleted 'user'. Pretty certain 'user' is a true description. Why am *I* so lucky?

At any rate...there's info in the music forum pertaining to the Film Documentary 'Legends of Ska' which music lovers and Jaimacan historians might well find VERY interesting. I got it via e-mail from a man I know [and have known for YEARS] the other day. It struck me that jamaicans dot calm would be a perfect place to share the info. I hope you are ALL well. [except for the author of those 2 'odd' invitations to a completely unlikely get-together.]

I got the same message from some deleted user as well. If that person knew me well, (s)he'd know that I'm antisocial and don't make friends easily.

I thought it was Jazzy. Life is very good. I have been SO busy though that I almost never do the internet/chattin' thing anymore.
I figured that I should share tjat Legends of Ska info though. It's too important for me to just ignore. Can't say I'm a music man and turn my back on THAT which has been important to me for so many decades now.

So Magic...you see what really draws me out don't it? Nice to see the ladies flock to my rescue here. I don't want to go to Alaska to link with some 'whatever'. Miss Lucy would NOT be amused.

The website is done for a long time now...at least in terms of the music. 6 years I think. The US government seemed intent on all interent radio people paying royalties to the record companies. NO WAY!!! Not a chance.

I bought the cds. EVERY time I played a song it was a virtual advertisement for the album and the artist. I did all I did for free...and charged no one to listen. All advertising was FREE. I was fine with paying for that but another $4,000.00 US a year for record companies? Not a chance.

So right now I'm working on getting a REAL radio station together. It's a long, drawn-out process and it involves many hours each day. That is why I don't have much time to read...let alone post. I do pop in here occaisionally but I seldom stop and post.

One day I'll be back with some frequency.

Meanwhile I got away for 8 days last month and went to St Lucia for the very first time. It was NICE.
