I well remember the years spent on jamaicans.com trying to have an actual conversation about the rail and resuscitation of the railroad services in Jamaica.
Many times my arguments were <span style="font-weight: bold">railroaded</span> and it seems <span style="font-weight: bold">Comrade-Sympathizers </span>refused to believe that it was the Toll Road <span style="font-style: italic">(specifically a clause in the Toll Agreement)</span>, not money that was the biggest determent to the re-establishment of the rail services.
Even with this new thrust I think Mike Henry is wrong. The rail might have to be subsidized. The Rail Services must be total for it to work and will have to compete to put some State and Private supported passenger services out of business.
