Mi an di boss dont si eye to eye

I am getting into this scuffle almost daily wid mi boss.
The things shi vamit ova nat even wort a cough to reetid
She comes to mi wid some BS everyday that has nothing to do with the job at hand
I am getting frustrated and I am sure my body language shows it.

These people are not serious and mi tiyad a fighting dis battle

This is some a di BS mi a talk

I wrote up a document and asked people to review for content to ensure that what we said in the meeting was captured and we all on the same page.

She comes to me with the document saying she did not approve because the dates in the document don't show a year. .even though what we talking about will happen THIS YEAR!!

She complains about ONE footnotes that was missing dashes to separate text.
She complains about the colors I use to shade tables.
She complains about whether tables have single lines or double line

This is the ish dem people yah come to mi wid everyday when mi a try get mi blouse an skirt wok done

Shi rely on me to do everything ...which I dont mind... keeps me from boredom. What shi not getting is I don't have time for her to be bother me about cosmetics in a doc. For crying out loud man - CAN YOU GET TO SOME SUBSTANCE!!

She always deh pan &quot;what I would do is&quot; ..well den do it yuhself den! I do the heavy lifting an den shi come behind wid dis nit picking crap! Mi seh if yuh eva si di dash shi a talk bout J-kid .. if yuh noh have wan magnifying glass yuh cyaan si it. Wan tiny spec a siting an a dat shi come to mi seh wan missing \o/

I had jus put that in for readability. Mi should neva goh put in dash , den mi woulda si what shi woulda complain bout. It is nauseating to say the least . Jeez!

Rich an di sad part of it is ..when I came her there were no standards in place. This document I am talking about, I created the template and developed the standards for using it. Like mi seh .. a mi a do di heavy lifting an den dem come wid dem rae rae ova fawt!

One guy in the review rejected the document because I didn't give him the right title in the document. He rejected it saing he is &quot;Chief of Staff&quot; and not &quot;Staff Chief&quot;. Kiss mi neck!

Dem a worry bout dem jab tikle pan paypa when mi a try get di blastid document n approved to go do weh mi suppose to do. All im had to do was to sen mi email an seh change roun di tkle ..di man press di reject button to fawt an cancel di hole dyam review. Den shi come mi desk agreeing with him. What the helll??

XX darling.. Mi know what yuh syaing ...but try as mi may dat a wan ting mi cyaan do enoh. Mi cannot put mi mout pan nobaddy battam. Mi cannot do it Mi wi clench mi teet an seh what mi have to seh as nice as mi can ..but fi kiss up ..no... cause is soh dem tek yuh fi saafas an waan walk ova yuh every minute dem get. Yuh however hafi learn them game, else you will expose usel to the possibility of dying from stress related illness while dem take dem nice retirement money and move to &quot;paradise&quot;
