I would like to thank the Admin and team by allowing me onto this fine board.

I looked everywhere for a place/topic to introduce myself and could not find one.

I hope to learn much about Jamaica as I also plan to visit the island. I am based in South Africa, and educationally I am a lawyer by profession, but have some unrelated businesses on the side.

i saw some clips of reggae dancehall artist Sizzla Kolonji in South Africa & did not know the presence there was so strong...
also saw great clips of Culture (RIP) & Burning Spear out there...not to mention Lucky Dube (RIP) who i was fortunate enough to catch in live performance...

my cousin also traveled to SA and told me it was the most beautiful place he had ever seen next to jamaica...

We listen to most Jamaican artists including Buju Banton, Gregory Isaacs, Spragga Benz, Red-Rat, Merciless, Tiger, and many more.

You will find a dedicated section to Jamaican music in most of our music stores.
