So mi have two cellphones on a single Virgin Mobile phone plan..
(got it because it came with a free digital Canon PS camera at the time when I was in the market for one)
A few months ago, I decided to move one of the phones from post-paid to pre-paid (to save money)
Not sure if since I'm staying with the company plus one phone will remain on the plan, I called in February to ask.. Agent says there will be no charge for that since one phone remains on the plan.
Ok, terminate call asi just wanted the info.
Called back in March and asked again, different agent, same answer, no charge.. So mi moved one phone from post-paid to pre-paid..
A few weeks pass, mi decided to *611 and pay mi bill.
Mi bill have an additional $360.00 charge for breaking the contract!
