Talking about the accident, Mr Keskeny added: 'The toilet was too low. They told me I had to go. I think they used it as an excuse to put me out.'
He said he is now suing to recover the costs of the trip.
'I just want my $4,000 back for the trip and the $1,500 I had to spend for a plane ticket home,' he said."
