trying to open my mind here, but I'm not sure how thats different
Wheter <span style="font-weight: bold">percieved</span> terminal or not, here you have Canadians who are supposed to benefit from a universal health care system that they pay into via taxes being DENIED the service because the Canadian health care system (that they pay their taxes into) say its a waste of time. As a result they took their child to a country that does not have the same kind of health care system to have the procedure done.

in my opinion, its quite relevant.
