because bush has not been "brought to justice" does not mean bin Laden should not be "brought to justice."
someone who has committed a crime and got away with it does not excuse the search and find of another criminal.

i dont necessarily agree with the way bin laden was dispatched, but i recognize that i feel that way because of my personal core values and beliefs, which are based on western philosophy. i would bet that within bin laden's own belief system, the fact that he was killed on sight was acceptable.
