But I see that that the new guy in Cote d'Ivoire (a Muslim, yet! ) is yet another former high-ranking official of the IMF/World Bank Group. A bit too close for comfort, IMHO. And Ghana has just started producing oil. Staaaaaaaaay tuned! (They're coming to get us hi-ho hi-ho!)
