The Carlyle Group HQ is on Pennsylvania Avenue, midway between the White House and the Capitol building.

It is basically a private investment firm that deals mainly arms. In other words, it's a war profiteering company.

George HW Bush was Senior Advisor. Former British Prime Minister John Major was Europe Chairman.

Other investors and directors have included James Baker II and Frank Carlucci.
The financial assets of the Saudi Bin Laden Corporation (SBC) were also managed by the Carlyle Group. SBC is headed up by members of the Bin Laden family.

By the way, OBL was never disowned by his family. And even if he was, would Bush really be financially involved with the family of the person who <span style="text-decoration: line-through">had nothing to do with</span> was responsible for 911?

Only if you consider the fact that a Mormon Bishop owned the Flight School in Florida that trained the 911 hijackers to be irrelevant.

Anyway, when Mitt Romney eventually becomes president of the US maybe you won't feel that it is so off topic.

Since we are slightly off topic, how about this. FOX NEWS is a subsidiary Of NEWS CORP., an international conglomerate and one of it's primary owners is Prince Al Waleed bin Tala al Saud. Tala, like bin laden is a member of the Saudi royal family.
He gives money to Saudi madrassas where extremist Wahabi values that bin laden believed in are taught.....just food for conspiracy thought.
