<span style="font-weight: bold">Fake doc</span> held for injecting woman's bottom?
A <span style="font-weight: bold">German national </span>who allegedly injected a woman several times in her bottom after purporting to be a medical doctor was remanded in court on Friday.
The accused, a 43-year-old, from Kingston, did not enter a plea when the matter was mentioned. He is to return to the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court today.
According to police reports, the complainant met the accused along with another man at Emancipation Park in St Andrew and they quickly became friends.
On May 4, about 4:30 a.m., it is alleged that <span style="font-weight: bold">the accused, who is a computer programmer</span>,
injected a drug into the bottom of the complainant and told her that the injection would enlarge her bottom and remove stretch marks.
The incident reportedly happened at his home where she had gone to watch movies.
the areas were numb
According to court documents, when the injections were administered the complainant began complaining that the areas were numb. Subsequently, it is further alleged that the accused was kissed on her bottom and fondled by the accused. When she asked him why he did that, he allegedly told her that it was because she was complaining that the area was numb.
It is also alleged that a few days later, the complainant told the accused that she wanted to go to the doctor because she did not feel comfortable as the areas were still numb. It is reported that when he could not provide the funds for her to do so, the matter was reported to the police.
The accused was picked up by the police on May 10 and charged with breaching the Medical Act. He was also charged with breaching the Aliens Act by overstaying his time in the country.
According to court documents, the accused landed in the island on February 3, 2007 and was to remain until July 16, 2010.
