Rogelio Baena, the ex-husband of the housekeeper who had a child with Arnold, told Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday that he learned just “one week ago” that he was not the boy’s father. Baena said he was, “very, very angry. … Arnold Schwarzenegger, for me, was my hero. Now I feel betrayed." Baena was originally listed as the father on the boy’s birth certificate but his ex-wife said they had no children together when she filed for divorce in 2008. If he could speak to the boy, Baena said he’d tell him, "I am your father. That's all.”

Arnold Under Investigation
Ouch, the hits keep coming for Arnold Schwarzenegger. Sources told RadarOnline Wednesday that the California Attorney General’s office is investigating the former governor for allegedly using his state-funded security detail to escort women to his hotel room. The AG office did not comment if there was any criminal investigation, but sources said top lawmakers have called for an inquiry into Schwarzenegger’s affair. One witness, the head of security at the Sacramento Hilton, said he frequently saw California Highway Patrol officers escort “scantily-clad” women in and out of Schwarzenegger’s suite. The former governor admitted last week that he fathered a child out of wedlock, shortly after he and his wife, Maria Shriver, announced they would be separating after 25 years of marriage. -

Arnold Schwarzenegger's mistress, Mildred "Patty" Baena, has threatened to sue Entertainment Tonight over an interview with her ex-husband, Rogelio Baena.
In an interview with ET, Rogelio revealed that Patty led him to believe her 13-year-old child with Schwarzenegger was his own and only learned the truth last week ago when the news of the affair and Schwarzenegger's confession came out. Rogelio said he felt 'betrayed' by the news.
TMZ is reporting that after the interview was aired, Patty's lawyer sent a letter to ET claiming that Rogelio always knew that the love child wasn't his and said that the entertainment channel ran the interview without doing any research into Rogelio's history with his ex-wife.
The one time Schwarzenegger family housekeeper is also claiming that ET paid "in excess of six figures to spew lies."
The letter stated that they can prove that Rogelio was out of the country when the child was conceived and only returned after Patty was carrying the child.
The lawyer states, "Thus, Mr. Baena knew then, just as he knows now, that he could not possibly have been the boy's father."
The letter also claims that Rogelio was residing in Colombia until ET paid to fly him into the country and "lie on television for a six figure paycheck."
Patty's lawyers are demanding an apology and a retraction of the story on grounds that "our client has been outrageously defamed." They are also threatening legal action against the show, should ET not comply with their demands.
