Jamaica is in no danger of invasion from the U.S.
Jamaicans work very hard at maintaining the have/have-not type of economy that the
U.S accepts and the corrupt form of representative democracy that does not serve the needs of the people it is supposed to serve.

As Noam Chomsky pointed out, the people can grumble and complain but as long as they behave or just kill one another down in the shanty towns and garrisons all the while maintaining the status quo, there is no problem of democracy.


And no chance for needed change.
