This thread is inspired by SandiF’s harrowing experience (no joke) and Peasie’s comment about hard economic times.
Have you changed anything about your normal behavior because times are so hard?
To answer my own question, here are a few things that have changed:
1. I never check on my 401k. (What’s the point? I’m not moving anything anywhere.)
2. Walk up ATMs are a no-no. (My back is turned and I’m getting money. Are you kidding me? Just stick me up right now.)
3. I upgraded my alarm system. (Did you know if your dog is under a certain height then they won’t set off the motion detector now?)
