Dress code irrelevant,he should have complied with the request to pull up his trousers,it,s their airline,if you wish to fly then at least have the decency to pull up your trousers when asked,no one is interested in seeing your nasty underwear.
Maybe they should have just tell him his trousers werent low enough would he mind pulling them down a little bit more so that all passengers could see his sh!t stained underwear. </div></div>
