Dress code irrelevant,he should have complied with the request to pull up his trousers,it,s their airline,if you wish to fly then at least have the decency to pull up your trousers when asked,no one is interested in seeing your nasty underwear.

Maybe they should have just tell him his trousers werent low enough would he mind pulling them down a little bit more so that all passengers could see his sh!t stained underwear. </div></div>

I dont walk around with skid marks in my underwear,but even if I do I wouldnt wear my trousers so low as to expose my underwear.
And I certainly dont "expect" to see anyone walking around with their underwear exposed,whether it,s from a pilot or a so-called athlete,..it is nasty,disgusting,untidy,and yobbish,and if it was my airline I would have thrown him off so fast his damn feet wouldnt have touch the ground.

U.S. Airways has landed in hot water for allowing a scantily-clad drag queen to fly without hassle just a week before crews booted a college football player off a plane for wearing saggy pants.

The gray-haired cross dresser boarded a June 9 flight from Fort Lauderdale to Phoenix wearing a little more than stiletto heels, thigh-high black stocking and tiny, electric blue panties, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

Witnesses said passengers complained about the flamboyant flyer, but U.S. Air let him board because the company doesn't have any rules against showing skin.

"We don't have a dress code policy," spokeswoman Valerie Wunder told the Chronicle. "Obviously, if their private parts are exposed, that's not appropriate…So if they're not exposing their private parts, they're allowed to fly."

But six days later, University of New Mexico football player DeShon Marman was yanked off a flight and arrested in San Francisco after he allegedly refused a U.S. Air crewmember's request to hike up his pants.

Marman is considering suing the airline, the Bay Citizen reported.

His attorney, Joe O'Sullivan, slammed the airline for discriminating against the young defensive back because he is black.

"It just shows the hypocrisy involved," O'Sullivan told the newspaper. "They let a drag queen board a flight and welcomed him with open arms."

"A white man is allowed to fly in underwear without question, but my client was asked to pull up his pajama pants because they hung below his waist," he added.

Police arrested Marman, 20, on suspicion of trespassing, battery and resisting arrest after he allegedly blew off an airline employee's request to pull up his sagging pants and later refused the pilot's order to get out of his seat.

He was released from jail on June 16 after posting $11,000 bail.

Prosecutors in San Mateo County have not decided whether they will charge him.

Wunder defended the San Francisco crew, saying Marman wasn't booted because of his clothes, but because he disobeyed the pilot.

"It was ultimately not a matter of baggy pants. It was a matter of him not complying with crew instructions," Wunder told MSNBC.

The drag queen wasn't named in any reports, but he's appeared in YouTube videos sauntering through airports around the country in saucy outfits, apparently without incident.

In one video, he says his name is Howard.

BlackStar, yes he was discriminated against and the tranny wasn't.

Maybe the black guy would've been OK on the tranny's plane and the tranny would not have been allowed on the black guy's plane.

If on the same airline then I would say yes there was less tolerance for the young man,but there is still no evidence to base the judgement call on race.

That is because I have actuallly seen some walking around with their trousers down and not too clean underwear being exposed.
I myself have little tolerance for this "look" of trousers down the knee,.......and some do take it to the extreme.
