'upset' was a word in quotes cause I couldn't think of a better one... I hear ya, and choose not to go to jail... was only <span style="font-weight: bold">giving my opinion </span>that it being FREE for those in jail is not right

blessings gen </div></div>Healthcare is free to prisoners too.

Not to mention room and board heating transportation etc.

How selfish it sound .....

Wouldn't it be better to have educated humans no matter how they come by it.
Technically the prisoner his paying for his/her rehabilitation in part by accepting low wages, coupled with little or no opportunity for upward mobility.
