no it was more recent than that- although that case also shows how the 'law' operates in jamaica...
can't remember the bredda name...they even videotaped when the cops went to his home because of how nervous they were about the lack of accountability...
the people in the ghetto already know that the system does not apply to them the way it would for say a brown or non-black businessperson from uptown or the well connected
