They were asking where is blood evidence... aahmm the child was suffocated ( Too much CSI syndrome)

I find them making a lot of excuse for Casey. Wow, wow, wow! Interesting ...

The prosecutors went for first degree murder and that may have been a mistake. The bar is set very high for a conviction with that charge. With no witnesses, no confession and no DNA evidence linking a perpetrator to the crime they were unable to overcome the whole &quot;beyond a reasonable doubt&quot; thingy. It is very difficult (though not impossible, see Peterson, Scott) to convict someone of first degree murder with just circumstantial evidence.

seems the &quot;Justice&quot; system should do away with the system of holding Court where lawyers present evidence and agruments to jurors, and instead replace it with a system where FOX , CNN, NBC, CBS, MTV, E! (and the rest) setup cameras in the court house, the case is presented to the viewing audience during prime time, and (like in <span style="font-weight: bold">American Idol</span>) we get to <span style="font-weight: bold">text</span> in the verdict..

The argument you are making does have merit. I give you that. Wish the jurors that were being interiewed were that succinct . All dem ws doing was giving excuses for Casey instead of arguing on the merits of the case. One guy a chat bout im neva trust George from day one. Does that not seem like a juror that already made up his mind that he was gonna side with Casey. Dem handled this case juss a sloppy as dem did di OJ case.

Dem use dem biased views and assumed this too was gonna be a OPIN &amp; SHUT case, hence, di prosecutor dem did not do dem job tuh di nth degree, which resulted in trying di criminal widdi wrong setta charges/&quot;crime&quot; and letting dem get off.
