He is not as smart as he is a good speaker.
like the majority of the educated he is ignorant of the real function of the UN.

The bad thing is he foes not realize That he has created enemies in really high places.

The will give him his marching orders and probably his exit ticket.
Only countries with indigenous arms production facilities ans especially of the nuclear kind are given permanent seat.
Africa or sny of its nstural allies will never be given a seat.
as a matter of fact if any of them even attempt This create the infrastructure to support their bid they will be destroyed on the basis that they are attacking their neighbors, have weapons of mass destruction, or their own citizens.
Africa will always be a colony led be despots selected and supported by those with permanent seats on the security council.

LULA is hip to what's going down. He has always been a bit of a 'Mugwump' (a bird that sits on the fence with its 'mug' on one side and its 'wump' on the other), preaching populism all up &amp; down &amp; sideways, meanwhile toeing the line of his nation's oppressors. But he has managed somehow to rather skilfully manoevre his way to a more prosperous Brazil since the last Neocon attack/crash destroyed it in 1993.

He of course has now been replaced by his protege Dilma Russef, the first female President of Brazil, who has had a tough time dealing with monstrous natural disasters like the monumental floods and subsequent mud-slides in the mountains up above Rio de Janeiro a few months back.
So he can afford to say whatever he pleases without risking anything.

But he's spot-on in my estimation.

And, Jah-Yout, I agree that time is of the essence. But everything is being measured against a background of Climate Change that won't lose momentum or go away anytime soon by the looks of things. In the final analysis.........it's up to GOD!
