I just watch an interview wid him interviewing the managing director of Gleaner n mi come to the realization dat him ha no sense...no likkle interviewing finesse n him is a social groupie.. Mi a go do atrip report but it gwine to be about the state of JA seen tru my yeye dem

Accra is full of Benzes and Mercedes cars too. No wonder they charge so much to insure fancy cars like that in Canada. There is a whole industry there of 'chop shops' where they steal these vehicles off ths streets and from parking lots and immediately take them apart and turn them into 'spare parts' and ship them straight to Africa or the Caribbean. Whenever I see one on the streets here, I think: STOLEN.

Cars are such a huge status symbol here - everything depends on whether you have a car and what kind it is.

Scrap metal n gold r two problems

Currently creating problems on the island...dem tiefing from bauxite , railroad , everybody fi sell to scrap dealers.. U can be walking n drop tru an open manhole

Dem targeting seniors now fi dem gold BUT the real gold story is this ditty...seems we had gold-mining being done in recent years... Now di mine close n containers of cyanide left behind, r now leaking into water table

Disheartening to see how Jcans grasping at straw fi di chance to leave JA...people tekking out $360k loans to pain for training to be a nursing assistant under that Canadian program that went belly up ...people jipping people by telling them they r recruiting for US Universities n collecting money upfront n there dem n di money went


No racket is too outrageous fi yaad a now

People in call centers being trained to speak with '!American ' accents

People paying serious money to go work in Wisconsin etc in hotel industries

If u r to believe the profileration of job agencies seeking to help Jcans find work in McDonalds n up, fi a fee of course,u would shake ur head in wonder
