This is a feasible explanation. I have memories of places and things prior to when I was one as well. I also have a lot around two or three.

The major thing I have noticed is a change in the normal routine is what I remember most.

I will reserve comment on the truth or otherwise of this incident because I've made too many comments about such things before.

But really, there's no substitute for personal experience.

Love the water story MsPeaches. It's true though. Many things take personal experience to truly get.

There is no sense like bought sense meaning you paid for it in experience.

I agree that many things cannot be explained.

I'm going to take it as a given that Derek's coworker's, coworker's family, and plus one's religion believes in reincarnation.

Believe me, I did not get it on the first read through - too many pronouns.

In short, he's saying his coworker's 7 year old brother was reincarnated and asked his parents to go see the daughter he had before he died.

I know that a dog that will bring a bone will carry one so it was my mistake to even bother offering you an opinion that you requested as evidenced by the thread title.

You're disingenuous so we are approaching the point where I can't be bothered with you on this. A few things first:

1. You know your coworker did not understand my meaning of the word "cheat" based on his response yet chose to turn a blind eye to it and post that soliloquy from him about why I would think his family wanted to cheat the village.

2. In your first post, you said he asked his parents to go see the daughter and the whole family went to go see the lady. That is inaccurate apparently because the dad was documented at being this, where, and the other during the time. Also, your coworker said it was his mom who took them.

3. How does the dad not being there at the time have a thing under the sun to do with what happened prior to the boy being 7? He must have been around sometime within the previous 7 years or that's a whole other can of worms.

Are you a politician smoke and mirrors?
