GUNMEN shot dead a 9-year-old girl when they invaded her home in Spanish Town, St Catherine last night. One of her relatives was also shot and injured in the incident.
The deceased has been identified as Shadaday Harrison, otherwise called ‘Poochie’, a student of Lime Tree Grove in Spanish Town.
The Spanish Town Police reported that about 10:00 pm, Shadaday and her relative were at their home when gunmen kicked in the door to the premises and shot them both.
They were taken to hospital where Shadaday was pronounced dead and her relative admitted in stable condition.
The Major Investigations Taskforce is investigating.
