Does anyone knows going rate for seller offering buyer closing help? Yes, I know i can give the buyer whatever zero help; since it's buyers market sellers seems to be give the buyer some closing money. what % most buyers giving today?
i got a buyer who got approved for a federal back loan w/zero down (0 down still going on) and they wont back down from 2.5% closing help request.
if i agree and inspection report comes back asking for lots of work then i may give up all my equity.
