I prepared grilled barracuda this evening

With lemon, garlic, onion, tomato, salt, pepper, turmeric and peri peri in olive oil.

Turned out better than I thought.

What is 'peri peri'?!

I think a leaf or two of Basil or small thyme might have been in order too, aldoe it's hard to find the fresh thyme in Canada. (and there's NONE IN GHANA!! ) I do miss thyme soooo much here. But yessiday I got a whole lot of<span style="font-weight: bold"> Dill seeds</span> from a friend in Ottawa, along with some Collard seeds and long sweet peppa seeds!!

But you can hardly go wrong with Barracuda!! De ting Sweet tooo bad!!
