A shocking video has been released allegedly showing police officers tasering and beating a homeless man to death who they claim was resisting arrest.

Though the video is not clear, eye witnesses say the homeless man - Kelly Thomas, 37 - was unable to put up any resistance and was lying on the ground on his front when the attack took place on July 5.

His screams and cries for his father can be heard amid the tasering noises...

I dont know if you know this but police and their unions are also attempting to bully people who take these videos with charges of invasion of privacy or obstruction of justice.

it has been ruled numerous times that on duty police officers have NO expectation of privacy.

Glad someone was able to tape the whole incident.

The man was tortured enough by schizophrenia may he RIP and I hope justice for his untimely death is achieved.

On the LATimes website, commentors were complaining how it took the paper so long to report this crime - pipped at the post by the UK press as it were. Also the article was entitled &quot;Homeless man killed in brawl with police&quot; (or similar) when at 6 police against one smallish man, it was hardly a brawl.

The poor, the mentally ill, the working people exist at the whim of the wealthy and the corporations for whom enough money is too little and for whom those who can't help themselves they have no pity.

What they did to that man calls for punishment that will never happen.

The brutality of that killing is shocking to us.

The brutality of 10 million deaths somehow is not.
