Nightmare on 495/I-95 Yesterday

You guys in the DC area ...any of you got caught up in the shut down of 495 yesterday morning? It usually takes me <span style="font-weight: bold">25 minutes</span> to get to work and with the detour and the mass chaos, that trip to 2 and half hours!!!!! Pretty much productiviy was down for half of the day yesterday because of the massive gridlock.

Two people died in a multi-car wreck. One of the cars apparently went airborne an land pan tap a wan neda car killing the driver instantly!

Hey Yuri - right at Ritchie Road.. Exit 13. Where dem have that new Mall wid BJs an ting.

Drove past there this morning and saw all the skid marks.

OH BTW this is South Bound ..heading toward s the Wilson Bridge.. Yuh know a lot of people cross that Bridge in the morning to work in VA and the Pentagon... so half a day was lost for most workplace yessiday cause it was hard to get out of the congested detour areas.

I have a feeling seh yu did deh a yu yard a skip work. Trying to come up with some excuse to tell your boss and then this happen. Perfect excuse....yea right you were stuck in traffic.

Heheehee.. Tony ,.. a true yuh noh know how tempted I was to give up getting to work. That massive jam was driving mi crazy
