THE Jamaican hangman could soon be back in action, if recent statements by senior Government officials, including Prime Minister Bruce Golding, can be used as an indicator.
Within days of each other last week, both the prime minister and the state minister in the Ministry of National Security, St Aubyn Bartlett, spoke in terms that favour hanging.[</span>
