A pastor was on Tuesday arrested by the Manchester police while he was preaching at a church on Ward Avenue in Mandeville.
The police say that Roydel Rowe, <span style="font-weight: bold">otherwise called <span style="font-style: italic">'Prophet',</span> was charged for illegal possession of firearm and robbery with aggravation in 2008, and was convicted on both offences.
