I did everything Kia ..all he had to do was code. I wrote the specs, the scenarios , the cases, the business rules. Half of which he ignored because he does not know what he is doing. That's why I am getting yelled at. I am putting together a system im cyaan code and before di ediat people dem gi smaddyelse dis ting fi do dem mek im whalla whalla inna it and deliver crap! This reminds me of that female in a parking lot in the mall disrespecting me because she feels because she look like big Bertha she can intimidate peeps. I used my car as a weapon and headed straight for her . I mean it felt good.... but I could have killed her if she did not dodge behind a SUZ.....I got a ticket and had to repair the guy car.....not something am proud of.....smashing his SUZ that is.

Wendy, do they have a procedure in your job where you can file a grievance against this man. I would also include any [censored]-footing supervisor in the case. This is causing you to work in a hostile environment; I don't believe you have to just take it.

mi get fi realize seh nuh matter how u may report it to u boss (and fi u sound like a nincompoop) it nuh have much teeth till HR hear. even inna government HR will waan know what a gwaan. dem fraid a get sue.

mi recently had a run in wid one ole eediat a work and when mi start document everything and send to mi boss and fi har boss mi start see change. but it never realy happen till mi start seh mi naw work under dese circumstances and mi ready fi file a HR case. likkle did i know dat dere were many b4 mi who already did file. dem basically help show him di way out. is a big private sector company but still.

J_Kid I am with you ..and I have remained such. When I spoke to the boss at first I took her out of the office totally so walls who have easr would not hear what I had to say.

I made my case with paperwork and facts in hand so she could see where I was coming from. When she defended his behavior though, I had to be frank with her and told her I was disappointed in how she looked at the situation. Because quite frankly regardless if he is Mister sensitive, that kind of outburst in the work place is indefensible!! She came around eventually but I was still shocked that she would even go there

Yuh naah lie enoh Vegas. One of the things I said in the meeting and I was very blunt is ..I do not feel physically threatened by him but I will not put it paas im to strike out physically at someone with that kind of temper.

If you guys see this guy ...BELIEVE MI when mi tell yuh im look and SOUND unstable. He does not have it all up dere in the cranium. Tickler baby doll ..dis place call di govament? aaah sah . Fram mi deh yah 2 year now all now mi noh know if dem have sinting name HR and as a contractor dem wudden necessarily put nutten pan file fi mi. Di way how dem si it, it's my company (who writes my checks) that would have to deal wid dat and nat dem .. i.e. dem noh responsible fi mi. Jus the politics of dis place.

Some contractors here tek nuff abuse because of that very fact. Another fellow contractor told me his boss threw papers at him because he did not like what he produced. **aah sah**

NO ..he is a gov employee..that is why I know that in my situation I have to ensure I have facts when bringing my case to the bosses. And as I said some one else reported he incident so that gave me cover. That person was an objective observer.

He looks down on me because I am a contractor. Dat SOB always a trow dat inna mi face like a sinting mi muss be ashamed off. An he does it under the cover of &quot;joking&quot;.
I am not even sure why dem even ago call meeting fi im apologize to mi because number one it is not going to make the relationship any better. I have lost all the little respect mi was trying to have for him and the apology will not at all be genuine.
